Subscriptions:
Subscriptions are for a minimum of 6 months. Once your choice of subscription is set up, your credit card will be billed monthly. Your subscription will renew automatically after the 6 month period for another 6 month period, and will continue unless eContactWorks is notified in writing of your wish to cancel your subscription.

Set-Up:
A set up fee of $100.00 covers designing your custom features and creation of your client database. Add or subtract contacts as needed by the monthly deadline date (15th of each month) at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy:
This cancellation notification must be sent to eContactWorks a minimum of 30 days prior to your final issue to avoid cancellation fees, which are equal to one month's fee. Delivery of this cancellation can be delivered by either fax or email.

Payment Schedule:
Your first payment covers the first month and set up fee. After that, your credit card will automatically be billed the 1st of each month for the following month’s newsletter.
